Frank is the owner/operator of Tinsel Town Tours the oldest tour bus on the boulevard. Frank's Dream: To find true love in Tinsel Town while trying to keep his family tour business afloat.
Teddy was a big wig at Lehman Brothers investment bank, and left right before the bank went under with a parachute package worth millions of dollars. With nothing to do and a ton of cash he decided to move out to Hollywood and buy the majority stake in the corporate tour company Star Land Tours. He is shrewd, unapologetic and much to Frank's dismay is on a mission to monopolize the tour bus business on the boulevard.
Teddy's Dream: To become the next Mayor Of Hollywood while showing off his crooning skills in his campaign ads.
Betty has been head of the Chamber Of Commerce for the past 10 years. She is a big fan of the small business owner on the block and one of Frank's only friends in a high place. Betty is a distant relative of Charlie Chaplin, silent film being in her blood, it comes across at times in her eyes as she endures the long speeches that Teddy Berry gives at Chamber meetings wanting to take Tinsel Town off the block. This wont happen while Betty is the Chamber of Commerce President.
Betty's Dream: To revive her folk singing career. She performed with her mother in an Oklahoma cafe. Woodie Guthrie saw them and took them to Los Angles to open for him at The Troubadore in 1965.

After his career as the front man for a fusion Rap Group/ Hair Band went no where Eddie then embarked on a new career as a talent manager, representing many of the aspiring actors and singers on The Boulevard. He's yet to book anyone a gig yet, but has hope that tomorrow it will all happen.
To make ends meet Eddie is now a tour guide for Tinsel Town. He tells the people he "represents" that he only does this to scout untapped out of towners with talent.
Eddie's Dream: To discover and manage a band that will afford him the life he knows he was born to live...On his own private island...Ed-Landia.
A Kansas Native, she was voted most likely to succeed by the Wichita Falls Student High Committee. After graduating with honors she went on a regional tour of Les Miserables, getting rave reviews.

Sara's Dream: To launch a respected theater troupe in Los Angeles...Sort of like in New York...but in Los Angeles.
With dreams expressing her innate talents as a hair and make up artist, Shelley got side tracked after inheriting her father's luncheonette.
Although her cafe is considered neutral ground for all competing characters and tour guides on the boulevard, Shelley's allegiance is always to Frank and Tinsel Town Tours because they need her hair and make up skills to make their mini-movies look "professional"...
Shelley's Dream: To become Beyonce's personal stylist...and she has BIG ideas.
A child actor who peaked too early. Lonny partied a little too hard with Corey Haim and Cory Feldman in his early teen years. He quickly lost all of his sitcom money and soon after his passion for acting. After a decade of soul searching in The Far East he returned to Hollywood setting his sights on getting back into Hollywood from behind the lens as a director. He fancies himself a true artist, and directing these Tinsel Town Tourist Movies he claims is all about a grand avant garde opus he’s been working for three years. It’s all about “the art of film” … on VHS.
Lonny's Dream: To win his ex-girlfriend Heather back by making her the star of his bizarre cinematic opus.
The latest in the long line of right hand men to Teddy Berry, StarMan takes great pride in his unspoken title as second in command of StarLand tours. Considered the greatest role he's ever been cast in, StarMan believes his purpose has been fulfilled in making children and tourists happy every day on the blvd of broken dreams.
Starman's Dream: To create a Starman cartoon. He has spiral notebooks filled with ideas but needs a real animator to elevate his stick figure characters.
